I had occasion to contact premier apartments (Liverpool) prior to my stay over and found the staff extremely helpful. When we arrived to drop off our bags over an hour before check in, we were informed that we could go to our room straight away as one was already available. We were shown the way to the apartment by a staff menber, which was lovely. We requested a casserole dish which was delivered to our room with in 10 mins, and I thought the two small bottles of wine and personal note were a lovely welcoming touch. I will definately be stopping here again and would recommed these apartments over and above a hotel room to my friends and family. Also there was a lot of useful litrature both in the room and downstairs in reception. The ladies on reception were very efficent, friendly and helpful.
