We had a fantastic weekend and the lovely penthouse apartment was the icing on the cake. Our only gripe was being unable to only get 3 channels on our tv. The girls on the reception were vey friendly and helpful. Thanks

I must pass on apologies for the issues with the TV, this is a fault with the inbuilt freeview and is being addressed, I am only sorry that we were unable to resolve this during your stay. I was so so happy with Premier Apartments - I wish i could live there! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was great. It was in a good location too

Dear Jackie, Many thanks for completing the feedback. Although there are no specific comments left it is evident that you were not entirely satisfied with standards of housekeeping and maintenance. I am aware that we have a problem with the shower unit in the apartment you occupied but it is for this reason that we are letting this as a 1 bedroom apartment as opposed to the two bedroom, two bathroom unit it should be. It do understand that this will have affected your opinion of our property but please be assured this is not the usual standard. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and kind to us the moment we entered the place. Will most certainly be staying again at the Liverpool premier apartments. Generally the apartment was excellent with high standard of decor and cleanliness throughout. Points of improvement: - Sound insulation is very poor. - The microwave wasn't working. - Shower leaked badly onto the bathroom floor.

Overall experience was excellent, to give feed back:-showers could be more powerful, doors need closers on them, we were given a smoking appartment when we are all none smokers

I am sorry that we were unable to meet the request for a non-smoking apartment, this is rare and we do our best to ensure the apartments are fully aired. Additionally we use an electronic air freshening/neutralising device to minimise any discomfort should we have to allocate to a non-smoker. We had a great stay no complaints , great welcome, housekeeping 100% value for money all round a fantastic stay.We are back down working at the end of the month and have already pre booked our apartment again. Lookin forward to it already.
